K. W. Brown Ministries, Inc thanks each and every one of you who continue to support the vision of The Elder’s House. Many of you have consistently given to The Elder’s House on a weekly basis. Thank you so much!! We want to keep you informed of all that is going on and where we are in the process.
As you know, The Elder’s House started as a ministry of K. W. Brown Ministries, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt non- profit. We are pleased to announce that The Elder’s House is now a separate 501 (c) (3) and is seeking its own status.
We are in the process of negotiating for the building that we would love to purchase and renovate for The Elder’s House. The initial estimated cost to purchase and renovate the building is $1.5 million. SunTrust bank has partnered with us and provided a commitment letter to assist with the financing. As with any loan commitment, we must come up with a cash down payment. We need a total of $300,000 to secure the entire loan amount. So your donations are needed now more than ever!

We are continuing the process of applying for our group home licensing. A major part of being approved for the license is to secure the building which will house the program.
We will continue to provide updates as we move along together in making The Elder’s House a reality! We love you for loving us, the vision, and most importantly, God!
